Gyum AI Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") is a Canada-based company that develops and operates digital services, including mobile game applications distributed through the Google Play Store.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you download and play our mobile games (the "Games" or "App"). By installing or using our Games, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Summary: We collect minimal data necessary to provide a functional and enjoyable gaming experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

02

When you use our Games, we may automatically collect the following types of information:

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID), screen resolution, and language settings.
  • Usage Data: Game sessions, session duration, levels played, in-game actions, feature interactions, crash reports, and error logs.
  • Network Information: IP address (used to determine approximate region/country), connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
  • Game Progress Data: Scores, achievements, level progression, and in-game statistics stored locally or in cloud save services.

Information You Provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as:

  • A display name or username if you choose to set one within the Game.
  • Feedback or support requests you send to us via email.
  • Information provided when participating in optional surveys or promotions.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your real name, home address, date of birth, payment card details (purchases are handled entirely by Google Play), or the contents of your device's contacts, photos, or files.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide and operate the Game: Deliver core gameplay functionality, save your progress, and synchronize data across devices.
  • Improve and develop our Games: Analyze usage patterns, diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and build new features based on how players interact with the Game.
  • Personalize your experience: Remember your preferences such as language, audio settings, and control configurations.
  • Serve relevant advertisements: Display ads through our advertising partners (see Section 5). We rely on your Advertising ID for interest-based advertising, which you can reset or opt out of at any time in your device settings.
  • Ensure safety and security: Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse that would harm the gameplay experience for other users.
  • Respond to support requests: Communicate with you when you contact us for help.
  • Comply with legal obligations: Fulfill applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

04

Third-Party Services

Our Games integrate third-party SDKs and services to provide core functionality. These third parties have their own privacy policies and may independently collect data as described below.

  • Google Play Services — Used for authentication, cloud saves, leaderboards, and achievements. Google Privacy Policy
  • Firebase (Google LLC) — Used for analytics, crash reporting (Crashlytics), and remote configuration. Firebase Privacy Policy
  • Google AdMob — Used to display in-game advertisements (see Section 5). AdMob Privacy Policy

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties beyond our use of their SDKs within our Games.

05

Advertising

Our Games may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. These networks may use your Advertising ID and other non-personal identifiers to serve ads that are more relevant to your interests.

Opting out of personalized ads: You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of interest-based advertising at any time through your Android device settings:

  • Go to Settings → Privacy → Ads (path may vary by device).
  • Tap "Reset advertising ID" or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization."

Even if you opt out of personalized ads, you will still see non-personalized (contextual) advertisements while using our Games.

06

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors (listed in Section 4) who process data on our behalf, under contractual obligations that require them to protect your information.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gyum AI Technologies, our users, or others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via in-app notice or email before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • With Your Consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit prior consent.

07

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Game and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Game progress and preferences stored locally on your device are removed when you uninstall the Game.
